Position Description:
RN working in patient's residences to provide home health and hospice care. Flexibility and autonomy with schedule. Must be organized, efficient, and compassionate. Previous experience in Home Health or Hospice beneficial but not required.

Days:
Monday - Friday with rotating weekday night and weekend call.
The above wage range reflects the minimum, midpoint and maximum hourly rate for this position. New employees are hired between the minimum and midpoint of this range. The initial wage offered will be based on qualifications and experience.
