Your doctor will write an order for your discharge when he/she feels your physical condition allows it. Our staff will assist you in your discharge and will take you by wheelchair to the front entrance.

If financial arrangements are not made prior to discharge, please allow time to complete these arrangements with the business office before you leave.

You will receive a bill of hospital charges within a few days after discharge. You may also receive a separate bill for physician's services, radiologist or pathologist's charges, anesthesia, or other professional services.

Lincoln Medical Center accepts Blue Cross/Blue Shield Medicare, Medicaid/TennCare, and other commercial insurance plans. Call the business office manager at 438-7344 for information on other health insurance plans.
