Childbirth classes are offered every other month on Tuesday evenings from 6:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. The cost is $30 per couple for the four day sessions each month. This four week class prepares parents on what to expect regarding the different stages of labor and delivery, pain management, breathing exercises, postpartum concerns, bottle/breast feeding, and parenting tips. A Certified Lactation Consultant will also be a part of one session each month.

Because education helps you to be more prepared for the amazing experiences transitioning through pregnancy to parenthood, Lincoln Medical Center offers childbirth educational classes designed to help women get the information they need. These classes are taught by experienced Labor and Delivery Health Care Professionals. Class sizes are small to increase the personalized attention you will receive.
